The Law Office of Clarissa E. Harrell, P.A. is located in the Moletteire & Torpy building at 10 Suntree Place, Melbourne, Florida 32940. The office is conveniently located approximately five minutes from Highway U.S. 1, ten minutes from Interstate 95, and fifteen minutes from The Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Justice Center.
The telephone number is (321) 254-6880 and the fax number is (321) 254-6882. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday (although deliveries are accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays). All major holidays are observed.
Office or telephone conference appointments may be scheduled via e-mail to clarissaharrell@cfl.rr.com. To maximize office efficiency and productivity for the benefit of all of our clients, business is conducted on an appointment basis only.
Attorney Harrell's billing rate is $250.00 per hour. A retainer fee, the amount of which is determined after the initial client consultation, is required at the time the attorney's services are engaged by formal fee agreement. Attorney Harrell's initial, nonrefundable retainer for a typical divorce is $3,500.00. Retainer amounts for complex divorces, other family law matters, and business litigation cases vary depending upon the legal issues and factual circumstances of the individual case.
In the event the initial retainer is exhausted before the case is concluded, further payment will be sought via another retainer request and/or periodic billing. Attorney Harrell does not work on a "flat fee" or contingency basis. The office accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and VISA as payment.
