In May of 2012, attorney Clarissa E. Harrell will enter her twentieth year of practicing law in Brevard County, Florida. In August of 2002, she established her own law office near The Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Justice Center in Viera, Florida. She has concentrated her practice in the areas of family law and business litigation, handling the following types of cases: contested and uncontested divorce; injunctions; child custody and visitation; child support establishment and enforcement; paternity; termination of parental rights; modifications of final judgments; adoptions; replevin; juvenile dependency; and contract disputes.

She was a member of the inaugural group of Brevard County attorneys who obtained training to practice in the area of Collaborative Law, an innovative process for resolving dissolution of marriage cases designed to reduce stress, costs, and hostility for divorcing parties. She has handled many cases in this field of practice during the past three years.
